Giving to the Innovations in Jewish Life Collections

The Post-Holocaust American Judaism and Jewish StudiesÌýArchive Fund supports the preservation, processing, and digitizationÌýof materials in the Post-Holocaust American Judaism Collections.

This fundÌýalso supports student work and fellowships in the archives, providing students with opportunitiesÌýto learn about archival materials and conduct original research.

The Mazal Holocaust Collection Fund supports archival processing,Ìýcataloging, and other necessary activities related to preserving the Mazal Holocaust Collection and related collections held at the 91ÖÆƬ³§¹ú²úAV.

The James and Diane Shneer Endowed FellowshipÌýFundÌýsupports theÌýinitiativeÌýto make the 91ÖÆƬ³§¹ú²úAVÌýa center for the study of American Judaism after the Holocaust. To accomplish that goal, the Fund supports the active effort of building archival resources for research, hosting scholars conducting that research, and supportingÌýstudents to learn the skills of information management, archiving, and digital literacy.

Donating Materials

There are a number of benefits to donating items to an archive. Not only are archivists able to preserve the items physically, but archivesÌýalso provideÌýopportunities forÌýresearchers, scholars,Ìýand students to gain deeper understandings of the Post-Holocaust American Judaism experience.
